Sour yogurt and garlic and chive dip

Looking for a low fat, creamy tasty dip to go with potatos or pumpkin or tortillas, this cheese free,  sour yogurt and garlic and chive dip is the perfect  low fatsolution.

Ingredients

  • Light plain yogurt
  • Lemon
  • Chives
  • Garlic

prep time: 5 minutes

Chop up garlic and chives. Mix with your light plain yogurt… add lemon juice slowing according to your preference of sour taste
