Hey everyone! Happy Friday!

This week has been a big week for me with the launch of my ebook and training services, there is a lot going on, but I all week I’ve been thinking about my readers and how I can do more to help you all on your fitness journeys.

Every week I receive a number of emails and facebook messages asking me questions about nutrition, sports, exercise moves, diets, etc, and I was thinking wouldn’t it be great if we could share our questions so that everyone can learn from eachother. So this is what I propose:

Post your question in the comments below and I’ll write a whole dedicated blog post about it.

I want a big list of topics here guys. In other words make me real busy! Ask me anything food or fitness related and Ill do my best to reply!

I have already answer personal questions like:

  • ‘How many almonds should i eat in one day?’
  • ‘What should I eat before training and how long before?’
  • What can I do to tighten up my arm muscles?’
  • ‘Am I losing fat or water weight?’
