I just wanted to post this to say hi and welcome to all my new likers. Thank you so much for liking my page. It is such an pleasure to be able to share my feelings and experiences with you all.
I wanted to take a few minutes to just explain what the drdietright facebook page and blog is about.
Firstly I am not a doctor. Just because a domain name say’s one thing doesn’t mean it is true, and for that reason I must stress that I am in NO way a qualified doctor. drdietright is just a domain name, I wanted dietright.com that was taken and drdietright.com was available so I took that. I have owned this domain for over 5 years now. I have been to university and I do have a masters degree but not in medicine. I have only just started my educational journey in this industry. I am a qualified fitness trainer and am currently studying to become a metabolic effect personal trainer.
Drdietright is about my experiences as a normal person, who goes to work every day and wants to lose weight, eat healthier and be happy. Diet is a strong and highly misunderstood word. This blog is not about quick fixes or the magic bullet to lose weight. It is about my weight loss journey, how I am learning new things about my body, my food experience. By sharing all these experiences, I hope to inspire you all to live healthier lives.
I believe that (medical issues aside) we all know what works best for our own bodies. Sometimes we feel great, sometimes we feel sluggish. You know what you eat, how much you exercise, your lifestyle and so on. I hope my page inspires you to learn more about yourself, think healthier, discover great food and effective exercises.
If you have any questions I am happy to share my thoughts based on my experience and studies so far. I will do my best to answer you, help you but more importantly support you on your personal journey.
