Soup isn’t that popular during the hot summer months but in the winter there is nothing like a warm bowl of healthy nutrious soup. I’m soup obsessed, if it can be blitzed in some way, I will try to make a soup out of a vegetable. Cooked in the correct way soups can be hydrating and most importantly full of fresh vegetables, vitamins and natural goodness.
