Salads

Salad are often considered to be rabbit food. Most people don’t eat salads because they find them bland and they dont feel full after a salad. Little do we know that salads can be very filling and extremely tasty.

Salads are not just summer foods, warm salads can be a great lunch option for winter months. I often find that when people think of salad they restrict themselves to cold vegetables such as lettuce and tomatoes. Lots of people forget that beans, vegetables and even nuts and some grains can make up really tasty salads.

Remember: be creative with season vegetables. A great way to prepare veg for a salad is to grill them.
