Fish

Fresh fish and seafood is one of my favourite foods. Not only is fish high in protein, it is an excellent source of omega 3. Omega 3 is a fatty acid that helps fight against heart diesease. Not only that fish oils help skin and hair healthy.

There are so many ways to cook fish. When buying and cooking fish try to keep in mind:

buy non farmed fish. Farmed fish are grown with unnatural foods which make the fish grow bigger quicker. In most cases it makes the fish tasteless.
If you can buy fresh – it will taste better than frozen
Ask your fishmonger to clean your fish for you. This will save you time in the kitchen
Fish doesnt need to be cooked for hours. Fish cooks quickly. Over cooking will leave it dry
Keep your cooking simple. Fish doesnt need complicated seasoning.
