Breakfast

You need to eat breakfast! If you are trying to lose weight and you are not eating breakfast then you need to change this immediately. You need to eat breakfast within the 1st hour of waking. If you are NOT eating breakfast this must be your first step to weight loss! Breakfast is just as important as every other meal of the day and should consist of protein, carbohydrates and veggies .
